Telephone Town Hall on DACA!
Join us tonight for a live telephone town hall to discuss DACA, also known as the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program tonight, Wednesday, September 13, 2017 from 6pm-7pm. During the telephone town hall we will share important information about resources available to Dreamers and immigrant New Yorkers regardless of immigration status, including free legal support, and answer your questions live.

At this challenging time for our immigrant families and communities, the City of New York has several resources available:
- Information: More information on the announcement, including important filing deadlines, is available through the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs website: nyc.gov/DACA and the following info sheet available in 11 languages.
- Legal services: ActionNYC can provide free immigration legal help in your language. Call 1–800–354–0365 from 9AM to 6PM, Monday-Friday. You can also call 311 and say “ActionNYC,” to be connected to an advisor or find legal services in your community.
- Free, confidential mental health support is available through ThriveNYC by calling NYC Well at 1–888-NYC-WELL or texting “WELL” to 65173.
- Know Your Rights Forums: Invite the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs to your community for a Know Your Rights Forum. Visit nyc.gov/InviteMOIA or call (212) 788–7654 during business hours.
